New account - For individuals: account opening, access to promotions, and orders are done online. For Business Accounts, please contact your sales representative or the point of contact below. A new online service will be available in early 2024 to service business accounts. In the meantime, we use QuickBooks to efficiently and securely manage your business account and transactions.
Prices - Prices before taxes and promotions for individuals are displayed on the online store of the MotionLife website. The prices and other terms for business accounts are those set out in your respective accounts. MotionLife may change its prices and promotions without notice unless written agreements with Business Accounts exist.
Orders & Delivery Charges - MotionLife pays order preparation fees and personal deliveries on all orders over $45.00. A $10.00 shipping fee will be added if the order exceeds this value. MotionLife pays order preparation and Business Account delivery fees on orders over $360.00. If the order value is less than this value, a fee of $10.00 will be added to the invoice price. Your shipping fees are displayed on your estimated amount to be paid and on your invoice. Orders will be processed and received if your profile is complete - Contact Person Name, Business Name, Address, and Phone Address allow for reliable delivery. We do not accept orders outside of Canada.
Delivery times - Orders received and accepted before noon are delivered the same day. Otherwise, the order is delivered the next day. Allow 24 to 72 hours for delivery, depending on your postal code. Additional charges will be added for express orders depending on your postal code. MotionLife cannot be held responsible for delivery time. However, we know that it is important for you to receive your products as soon as possible. We are taking reasonable steps with our partners to meet these deadlines.
Return and Cancellation or Modification of an Order - We do not accept any returns from individuals. At the time of purchase, the sale is considered final without the possibility of return, modification, or cancellation of the order. For business accounts, contact MotionLife as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Damaged Products - If any product(s) have been damaged during delivery other than by "Act of God or Force Majeure", don't hesitate to contact MotionLife. Replacement is not automatic, MotionLife evaluates each case before making its decision. If your request is accepted, a $18.00 delivery fee may apply. You have five (5) business days to notify us of receipt of the package. After this time, we will not be able to process your request.
